New Feature: Introducing Employer Accounts
Employers can now register with your job board and seamlessly manage all of their job postings, view stats and applicants from a single dashboard.
One of the most requested features has been the ability for employers to manage their jobs, applicants and key information from their own user accounts. We’ve spent the last month working flat out and we’re excited to release this great new feature today – available on all our plans, including revenue share.
We’ve redesigned the employer experience to be simple and intuitive. By clicking the new navigation bar at the top of the job board, employers can instantly create an account and begin to complete their profile.
On their profile, the employer can file in key information – which pre-fills the job posting form, making job posting even more efficient. Further, employers can see their previous job posts, applicants and key statistics, all from one place. In our testing, we’ve already seen an increase in the number of job postings employers make.
If an employer posts a job without making an account, we prompt the employer to create one. The job they just posted will even be associated with their newly account – a nice touch we know your employers will appreciate.
Additions to your Admin Panel:
For you, the job board owner, the benefits of this new feature are huge. From one easy to use and searchable list, you’ll be able to see a list of your employers, essential for running marketing campaigns and identifying revenue opportunities. Click the ‘Employers’ option in the sidebar to see new feature now. You can also dive into each employer account and make updates on their behalf.
