Today we’re proud to announce two major updates to JobBoard.io that will help connect candidates and employers: the all-new Employer Directory, listing all employers on your job board, and Employer Profiles, which makes it easier for employers to promote their opportunities on your job board.
These features are available today on all plans.
In July, we announced ‘Employer Accounts’, the easiest way for employers to manage their jobs, applicants and key information. In September, we added the ability for job board owners to manually add existing or new jobs to employers accounts.
And now, based upon your feedback, we’ve added Employer Profiles – rich, beautifully designed profiles dedicated to the employers who post on your job board.
Employers who register with your job board can now have their own profiles, which are then listed in the Employer Directory. Their profile is also linked to directly from their job listings, making it simple for candidates to discover further employer job listings.
This update has also made it easier for employers to link directly to their listings on your job board, contributing towards your SEO.
The Employer Directory makes employers even easier for candidates to find. We automatically alphabetically list all the Employers with Employer Profiles on your job board.
The directory makes it simple for candidates to find employers listed on your job board and discover new exciting opportunities.
We’ve also added the ability to hide or remove specific employers from this directory.
