New Feature: Team Members

When we work together, great things happen.

Whether it’s a co-founder, colleague or a freelancer, our new team members feature allows you to invite them to help manage and modify your site.

This powerful new multiple admin feature is now available on our Professional and Enterprise plans:

  • On our Professional plan, you can now invite an additional admin to help manage your site.
  • On our Enterprise plan, you can invite up-to unlimited admins.

How to use our new ‘Team Members’ feature


Adding a team member is simple:

  1. Click your account menu in the top right
  2. Click ‘Team Admin’
  3. Click ‘Invite New Team Member’
  4. Enter their email address
  5. The new team member will receive a email with details shortly

Removing a team member is just as easy:

  1. Click your account menu in the top right
  2. Click ‘Team Admin’
  3. Click ‘Delete’ and their access to your admin will be revoked

Tips on using this new feature

  • Grant temporary access to your web developer, marketing agency or technical support agent. This enables them to make changes to your site directly.
  • Invite your colleagues or co-founders to help you with key job board management tasks
  • Running an job board exclusively for your company? Allow colleagues to post job postings directly.
